This universal band wheel tire will be a compatible replacement for a 10" band wheel tire.

Instructions for a perfect fit

IMPORTANT! TURN OFF POWER TO YOUR SAW FIRST!

ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES AND FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS THAT CAME WITH YOUR SAW.

WHEEL PREPARATION

1. Clear your work area of debris and any sawdust.

2. Use Lacquer thinner or solvent to clean the rim of the wheel.

3. Prep the wheel surface by cleaning any excess solvent residue with denatured alcohol.

TIRE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Submerge the urethane tire in a mixture of water and dish detergent heated to no higher than 120 degrees F.

CAUTION: Use gloves to protect your hands - the water and tire will be extremely hot.

2. Wearing gloves, remove tire from container of soapy water and immediately slide it over the band saw wheel.

3. Seat the tire correctly and distribute it evenly around the wheel for proper balance

4. Allow the tire to completely cool before installing the blade and turning on and using the saw.

7/8" wide by 3/32" thick. The Ultra Blue Urethane Tires provide even greater durability and resistance to damage and allow for optimum blade tracking. These tires provide superior strength and are generally installed without adhesive bonding being required. Simplified installation procedures permit the saw to be returned to service sooner after installation. All tires are sold as single tires and prices are per tire.
